Shyama - Senior Surveyor/General Manager

Shyama joined the local survey industry in 1985 and has formal NZ academic qualification in land surveying. He has worked locally in the professional environment with medium to large survey and engineering firms in various aspects of field and office surveying work for residential, commercial, industrial, urban and rural areas including cadastral surveying, land development, Engineering & Architectural surveys, construction and hydrographic surveying. He would be pleased to do an appraisal for surveying your property.

 

 

Ralph Winmill - Licensed Cadastral Surveyor

  • Registered Professional Surveyor (Licensed Cadastral Surveyor 1969)
  • Diploma in Land Surveying (1967)
  • Member of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors (MNZIS) 

Ralph is associated with AMS and is the principal of Winmill e-survey Services.  He looks after the Licensed Cadastral Surveyor requirements of the firm through his company.  Ralph was registered as a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor in 1969.  In course of his 46 years career he has been involved in full range of cadastral, geodetic, engineering and land development projects surveys in various parts of New Zealand.  In the last approximately 31 years, amongst other projects, Ralph was involved with validation and approval of cadastral survey plans at Chief Surveyor level and ensuring the quality standards of cadastral surveys are being maintained.  He enjoys working with AMS through the association of his firm.

Ralph's involvement with Landonline, since 1996 has enabled him to keep in touch with quality assurance, and good survey practices, as they apply to cadastral surveying and land development.  He worked on the design and development of Lanonline as the Licensed Cadastral Surveyor 'subject matter expert' (SME).  Ralph retired from Land Information New Zealand in July 2005 and set up his own bureau cadastral survey business - Winmill e-survey Services.
